By downloading or using EarTranslate, you agree to these terms. The app provides live translation tools for personal use. Translation quality depends on Apple’s on-device models and spoken audio conditions.
License
EarTranslate is licensed, not sold, through the App Store under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, plus these terms for our service features (including optional Pro purchases).
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app to harass others, violate laws, or attempt to reverse engineer beyond what applicable law allows. Friend Call requires consent from people on the call.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted recognition or perfect translations. Do not rely on EarTranslate as the sole aid in medical, legal, or safety-critical situations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
